On the 3rd Day I learnt about the role of
Librarian as a academic leader like To Provide Right Information To Right
person, How we can play Role in Digital Literacy and as motivator. I learnt
qualities of a good leader and types of Leaders.
From second session on work life balance and
work ethics I learn we are the best hero for ourself and there is no need to
change others because it is totaly waste of time.
I learnt benefits of E- Granthalaya 4.0 and how
to solve problems of E- Granthalaya 3.0
